MY COMFORTABLE PLACE
Every time when I feel tired or upset and argue with my mother, I generally go to the park where I can relax myself and feel better. It is near my house, so I can go there every time when I want. I love this park and I become comfortable there.
This park has been there since I was a child. I used to go there with my friends when I was a child. There was formerly a small park. But of course, this park has gradually became very big . Now this park is one of the biggest parks in my city. This park’s name is Lalezar. It means tulip garden in Turkish. Lalezar has multicoloured and various kinds of tulips. The tulip’s seeds are ordered from Netherlands to this park. Tulips are cultivated specially and gardeners are interested in them every day. Lalezar has lots of things for both children and adults. There are lots of fountains and especially at night these fountains look wonderful and fascinating with tulips. Sometimes I go there at night in order to watch these fascinating fountains with multicoloured tulips. It has three entrance doors but somebody says that it has also a tunnel. According to a legend, at independence war our soldiers could go to city centre thanks to this tunnel but this tunnel couldn’t be found despite lots of researches. So this legend wasn’t knew real or not. Lalezar has also children’s park and tea garden. Families can drink something at the tea garden while their children play in children’s park. In addition, some activities are sometimes held there. It is a park which has lots of visitors. Especially they come there in order to see multicoloured tulips. Sometimes it is very crowded and I feel as if I go to a concert. It has lots of green area, besides tulip gardens and a lot of animals live there. You can see these animals when you go there. You can also do sports there. It has racetrack. For example, I sometimes go there at the weekends for running.
To sum up; I can relax myself and feel better when I go there. A lot of people are also like me. They go there for fun and comfort. I wish this imaginative place became real and I lived this my imaginative place there forever.
